How you're billed
Per ticket, plus per AI interaction
Gorgias is never priced per agent. You pick a plan by how many billable tickets you expect a month, and pay overage for each ticket beyond it. A billable ticket is any conversation that gets a reply from a human, a rule or the AI Agent; a thread counts once however many messages it has.
The AI Agent is billed per automated interaction, meaning a request resolved with no human involved. Each automated interaction also counts as a helpdesk ticket, so AI usage moves both meters.
The upside: adding agents is free. The downside: a big sales month, a shipping delay or a promotion shows up directly on the invoice.

$1.50 per interaction past your limit
Automated interactions beyond your tier's allowance cost $1.50 each, and each one also counts as a ticket.
