What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company), the support content you connect (knowledge base articles, documents, past tickets), and the conversations the agent handles on your behalf. We also collect standard product and analytics telemetry to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
To answer and resolve your customers’ requests, ground the agent in your knowledge, route escalations to your team, and provide reporting. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer conversations to train third-party models without your consent.
Data retention & deletion
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time. On account closure we remove your data within a defined retention window, except where we’re required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
